DISCHARGE BINS

SiteConcept has developed a new discharge bin with chain drive that is flexibly expandable according to customer requirements.

The fuel bin provides economic benefits such as:
✔️ Less energy consumption to feed the fuel as the fuel is fed only in one direction and not pulled back and forth like in scraper discharge.
✔️ Reduced friction as the bottom is coated with technical plastic.
✔️ Reduced maintenance costs as reduced friction leads to less wear and tear.

A major operational advantage is that material discharge can be individually speed controlled for each unit. Each unit can also have different material qualities that can then be dosed according to a desired recipe.

The construction is modular with a fixed width but variable length and height. The modules are assembled into a complete unit. Each unit is then equipped with a separate operating module with a motor and frequency converter. Depending on the material properties, different discharge modules are selected, such as one with adjustable rods or one with scraper rolls. Multiple units can be assembled together to achieve the desired total width. The various parts of the units can be made of different materials such as black, galvanized, or stainless steel.
